CoolSculpting© came to Razorfish Health looking for a visualization tool that would allow patients to get visualized results of how CoolSculpting® could work for them. CoolSculpting© was looking for an omni-channel experience to enhance brand awareness and motivation for their clientele.
My involvement consisted of a lot of ideation of what we wanted the product to look like. Working as the sole user experience designer across a functional team of project managers, designers, and developers, we were tasked with creating a simple, mobile first solution. My day to day involvement was to work with the experience team at Razorfish Health and to partner with the client team working through solutions.
