Johnson & Johnson came to Razorfish Health looking for a CSM platform that would allow the teams to have consistency across their multi brand digital platforms for a consistent user experience, and look and feel when navigating through their brand websites.
My involvement consisted of working as the user experience designer across a functional team of product managers, designers, and developers. My day to day involvement was to work with the experience team at Razorfish Health and to partner with the client team working in an agile process. Each week, as a team, we were tasked with creating UI components and elements that could be introduced into Johnson & Johnson's platform.
